With next season in the planning stage are there any restructioning planned for it There are are some rumours about it but nothing official

I can't imagine they'll do anything this coming year (given the last time they tinkered with it, they gave about a season's notice). But the season after, may well lead to another rejigging (especially if they want to bring in franchises with dead clubs names into the Championship). But your guess is as good as mine. Indeed, they don't even announce when the new season's fixtures come out anyway!

National League fixtures are already being worked on. Final structures at Level 4 down will depend on final results this Saturday.

As I understand it, the Championship is expected to remain at 12 teams - but may expand next season. So Rams up and two down from national 1. There is no major change to National 2 - still three leagues of 14. I think Chester will get to go back to the North. |

"No one knows when that day or hour will come" If its anything like last year, it'll be some point in June at my best guess. But it is the frustrating part of the year where we all want to know and the RFU take their time over it.....
