I'm not sure it was Bedford who was underestimating them, we rarely win away from home and over the decades have watched them lose to everyone regardless of which division they are in.

One of our intrepid supporters still has to make it back to Bedford. He took the train up and stayed over for a day, but was thwarted on his return by the train strikes. He caught a bus, which was diverted and a replacement also diverted to Manchester Airport. He considered a flight back to Luton but the only ones were tomorrow via either Belfast, Dublin and Malpensa, with costs North of £170. The last message we had was that he was catching a bus to Birmingham, which was 20 mins late; Nothing since. However being an ex prop I am sure he will find a bar for sustenance and make it to the Blues match on Friday.
