Yes very surprised about this one, when I saw him leaving Saints he was not a player I was hoping to sign for Blues. He is still young so could develop but in comparison to Newman who you took before, he is way off his standard.

Ealing sign George Shaw from Cardiff Met and Francis Moore from Saracens/Ampthill. Slightly puzzled by all of these signings of young players, as I would think Ealing would be bringing through players from their own academy, and I wonder if they will get much more playing time here than they did at their old clubs.
I believe this is it for Ealing signings for the year, as we have: Ben Harris (Sarries/GB 7s), Michael Stronge (Nottingham), Sean Lonsdale (Dragons), Tobi Wilson (Coventry), George Worboys(Bath/Chinnor), Sam Clark (Newcastle), Ehize Ehizode (Donny), Geordie Irvine (Northampton/Bedford), Francis Moore (Saracens/Ampthill), and George Shaw (Cardiff Met). Interestingly, I was told 9 in, 23 out by someone very much 'in the know', but now appears to be 10 in.
