Having played against many of the sides, you base judgement on that and also recent form. Having seen Leicester Lions play in Nat 2 North, South and West, you build up a picture of the various clubs and I follow the results with interest.

Which league is the best is obviously a matter of opinion but 2 West includes both teams relegated from Nat 1 last season.
You also have Luctontians pipped at the post last time, Clifton always useful, Old Reds who beat Henley at theirs by 60pts pre-season and Exeter Uni who beat Esher last week.
