Really proud of our Lads (Titans) today. It was a tremendous defensive effort to Nill Chinnor in the second half. We have lost 4 games this season, but 3 of them by a single score, so it was really satisfying to gain this tight victory.
Richmond at Home next Saturday, another hard game to negotiate, but I'm backing the titans to Win another close game.

Great to see Cambridge playing wide expansive Rugby (both teams actually). Good day for spectators of CB shame we couldn't get that extra try, we dropped at least one within yards of the line. RP came out of blocks in second half or did we rein in? Good home victory in what will be another anyone can beat anyone season.

Unfortunately, Hull Ionians managed to snatch 2 points from the jaws of 5.
This was a match that HI should have won and probably would have if, on 2 occasions, the ball carrier had passed the ball rather than taken on another defender himself.
There were lots of positives and we appear to have turned a corner but we cannot expect much if we let slip an 18 point lead. Still much to do.

Blackheath probably just about deserved it, outscored us 3 tries to 2, we had a couple of injuries in key positions and whilst the replacements stepped up to the plate, it was not to be but if we get our best 1st XV on the field, we'll be competitive BUT every club in the same boat ....

injuries are part and parcel of the game but you have to get on with it, one of our replacements that came on today had been out for over a year such was hi# returning impact he was MOM. We haven’t had a 2nd row so far this season due to injuries it is what it is you have to deal with it as best you can.

Apologies, mis-read the post - thought you were referring to one of Rams best players who missed a lot of last season.
