Have just found time to watch the Blues match. The only conclusion I can come to is that Mr Grasshof forgot the game was on tv for all to see. Absolutely terrible standard of officiating.

Out of interest I enquired on Twitter as to the attendance at the Leeds v Ealing Trailfinders match on Sunday, I received one reply who gave an estimate of 300 to 400, not being there I accept this number but looking at the high lights on YouTube I feel the crowd looked a lot less. Does anybody have the official figure.

Stoo. It looks emptier than when CoventrY went up recently, when the claimed crowd was about 600, and the on site estimates nearer 400.
If it’s the Ealing highlights video, the problem is that there are no shots of the North stand near the centre line, apart from the front few rows. That’s where the ‘crowd’ largely sat.

The really sad sight at the Coventry game there was that by the time the players formed their huddles at the final whistle the only spectators left in the stadium were under 100 Coventry fans behind their own bench. Not a Leeds fan in sight.

The video is on YouTube and showed the North Stand in flashes, and gave an indication of crowd numbers., There were more at the Harrogate v Billingham game on Saturday.

Well I doubt that there’s more than one video of that match on YouTube, so I suspect we’re talking about the same one.

Also that we moved up to third place from a firmer third place.
Who are these people? It’s a good job they don’t try to organise anything in a brewery.

Anything north of the Watford Gap is north according to the southern softies in the big smoke.....and Coventry is welcome to be in the north if they so choose. Although I do recognise the Midlands so wouldn't want to detract anything from those folk who choose to be called midlanders. Although I sometime wonder about folk who wish to be called southerners.....barring folk from the South West of course who are unique and deserve the recognition Wink
Onward and Upwards C'mon Donny!

No offence intended but I always thought Cov was East Midlands but I also think Donny is in the Midlands because its South of the Humber so what do I know.

The East Midlands West Midlands split goes back to the the Danelaw.
The West Midlands was the remant Christian Mercia.
East Midlands was the pagan Vikiing Five Burgs of the Danelaw.
The Southern part ofthe Danelaw covered Eastern Counties - who still proudly fly the Raven banner.

Or in modern term (in this area) the boundary is where Leicestershire and Northants abut Warwickshire (Watling Street for a goodly part, so fairly easy to spot).
