Earlier drafts had CS Stags in the South region and Bournemouth in SW. Brighton were always in South rather than SE. It seems Bournemouth have been shunted across, but not sure why that has pushed Stags over as opposed to Brighton. But those clubs on the boundaries are always most susceptible to a bad draw.

Counties 3 Midlands East South missing.
Looking forward to Regional 1 South East. A shame no cup for National 1 and 2, with Championship. |

The older I get, the more the RFU leave me confused.

If I'm reading it right it looks like only two Nat 1(level 3) clubs have entered 2nd teams into the league structure. Cinderford and Taunton.
Cinderford 2s have been put into level 7 whilst Taunton 2s have been put into level 8?? Go figure why because I can't. The teams played 3 friendly matches last season and whilst all were very close, all were won by Taunton. So who made the decision to put them at level 8? Somerset or the RFU?

Their geography is questionable on some of them. How can you put a team in west London in the SE leagues yet put a team in East Sussex in a league where they have to go to Wiltshire?

No information on promotion and relegation criteria from these new leagues?

The tackle bags and kit go separately in a large car. As I said it may be impractical for most matches, but on some occasions it can actually work. Far better for the players sometimes to sit on a train for 2 or so hours than a coach for 3 ?

In London maybe it might be easy, but not necessarily for other places. Also, from a practical perspective how do you propose they get loads of tacklebags onto a train comfortably?

I know this won't be applicable on many occasions, but it may be an idea to travel by train for some trips that are known to be awkward to get to by road. Advance tickets can be very cheap.

Known our league for a few weeks now so there's been time for it to sink in, looking forward to several new clubs to visit and giving the endless trips round the M25 a bit of a swerve....anyway when do the fixtures come out!😂

HAC to Norwich and Tottonians to Shipston on Stour at L6 both stand out as tough journeys (and the reverse journeys).

On the whole, I don't think the outcomes are as bad as people feared.

Yep, they withdrew from the leagues so they have to start right at the beginning in almost the lowest possible league and they didn't have a separate amateur club to skip the queue like London Welsh did.

Presentation skills somewhat lacking as well.
There's a reason black printing on a white background is considered the best way of presenting information. Obviously the RFU does not want to be inclusive of all. |

OE's look like they are in Counties 3 Kent which looks like its one up from the bottom division.

It seems a little odd to me that they put Civil Service in SE but Brighton in Central.

No sign of Old Elthamians anywhere - proving once again that, rather than being In The Know, Scrumtime actually knows banana all.
