I think other players will leave without the opportunity of Premiership Rugby.
I have no problem with players moving onto take up opportunities at a higher level - Jersey have seen it happen so many times - but I am genuinely shocked that other than for urgent domestic reasons any player would jump ship without proper notice before a key game.
Dont kick it. Pick it up and GO FORWARD.

You can't really blame them. I'm sure they signed with that promise in mind.

Ambition should be made of sterner stuff.

Surely not before Saturday

Unfortunately, I believe he has based on his statement that he signed, and hopped on a plane immediately. Also what it says on WF twitter. Heard rumors that he was very unhappy about the lack of promotion.

And do we know where they are going?

Etiquette is that the ‘old’ club doesn’t announce the destination club unless it’s been officially confirmed…

Definitely 9. No official news but hearing two to Newcastle, one or two to Edinburgh, the rest no idea. Though I am nowhere near the news, whereas some supporters seem to know all movements way ahead of the game.

Thinking about it, there has been recent speculation about potentially one or two France, too. Though really, I don't know.

Wonder if Chris Ashton will go into coaching, he's already covered plenty of Prem ground in playing career as mapped in today's Times (Tigers, Saints, Sharks, Sarries, Wuss, Quins) to give 'Codders' a run for his money...

He might need the money! ......

Nah if he did he could always sell one of the houses the Cheats gave him!

He might need the money! He obviously doesn't feel at home in the West Country - no Exeter, Bath, Bristol or Gloucester. That leaves Irish ......

Historically that’s par for the course.

Ealing sign prop Lewis Boyce from Bath for the rest of the season. Suspect some injury news may have been more severe than expected.
