Fair play to Bedford. That is 8 out of 8 home wins for them in all competitions this season. The only dropped point was at home to Coventry in the cup.

HT at the Stade, Reds lead 21-7 - was 21-zip until a 39th min YC to Sean O'Connor for something illegal in a ruck and ET worked an attacking LO & mauled try to claw back some pts. They'd started strongly but couldn't score, then Reds in ascendance from 15-min mark.

HT Cov 28-7 Doncaster
Donny started brightly taking a 7-0 lead. Cov made lots of errors early on, but grew into it and responded with four including a PT. Poor attendance, but not surprising given the circs.

Jersey 28 Ealing Trailfinders 27.
I followed the game on Twitter and read like an exceptional game and contest. Well done Jersey.

I think it was the ruck. The knock on was an advantage but whatever happened in the ruck resulted in the YC I think. Cracking game from both teams who were both really going for it and it could have gone either way. |

For me the result is just as the ET third try came from a clear push on the original high ball. Apparently the Lino called it but the ref didn’t hear the call. Don’t get me wrong. This was a fantastic game of rugby played at the highest standard. Seriously good game. Oh! And there were a few try of the season contenders. For me, Jersey’s third gets it |
