No idea but some selections are a bit strange ie they picked the N2N side with a 6. that hasn't played 6. all season.

I believe it's the team coaches but you can't select one of your players - or is that the Rugby Paper team. |

It’s normally a vote per game from the opposing coaching staff, then no of votes/no of games played type % calculation is calculated by the rugby fairies and TOTY is calculated.
Always seems to a very attacking team, hard work, from front 5 going backwards not always recognised

For anyone watching Burcham was clearly the outstanding 12 at that level.
