Sounds like a pretty simple case in terms of the regs - very unfortunate that there was an injury warming up but you have to be able to replace a hooker and a prop at the first time of asking. If you cant then you concede the game.
Very unfortunately for the side on the receiving end because you cant be carrying at extra front row around with you in case of a warm up injury. but unless there is other information, quite a simple one of the league I think

As far as I know Huddersfield could replace a hooker just not a prop (who was injured getting ready to come on). You can’t ask a hooker to play prop who has never played there before. Especially at this level! The 6th FR Huddersfield can call upon is their captain Bradley who can play hooker, but not prop! So in a match day squad we take 3 props, 2hookers and a back row who can play hooker. In my opinion the result should stand as a Huddersfield win.

Regs say you have to replace a prop and a hooker at first time of asking. Just a really unfortunate one really but RFU dont sound like they have a choice on this one.
