You improve it by applying, finding out exactly what you need to do to comply with their dopey rules, and then complying if it's not too onerous. Which is what Cov did, and are doing. |

I like the idea of the playoffs, top and bottom, it potentially gets some more movement in teams if 2nd bottom can’t beat 2nd of ND1.
It also means that it keeps more interest in the league for the few that meet the Premiership criteria.
