In fact IMHO if TW hadn’t missed an open goal on the wing, and had made a couple of very makable kicks then they could have won it. I enjoyed it too.  I was told Rochford were missing their usual two starting props, and having heard plenty about their pack I was surprised at how competitive we were in the scrum overall.  We soaked up a lot of pressure in the first 20 and utilised the boot effectively up until half-time, making the most of the wet conditions and keeping Rochford pinned quite effectively. At half-time I thought we were very much in it.  But they managed to deprive us of ball as the match went on, and we flagged somewhat in the last 10-15.  But lots of positives to be taken overall.

54 consecutive bonus point wins for Rochford, but I'll be very surprised if they're not beaten soon!
