   Hi Everyone, 
In light of the reducing participation rates over recent seasons we are administrating a survey on behalf of the RFU. The survey focuses on understanding the reasons for reducing or dropping out of playing rugby. While there is anecdotal and intuitive understanding, we are trying to gather data to understand this more. 
So if you have played male rugby in the last two seasons then we would love to hear form you. There is an opportunity for participants to be entered into a prize draw for a £500 retail voucher.  It should take between 4 - 8 minutes. This survey will feed into the RFU's wider strategy of supporting the community game.
