Unfortunately, I would say they are.

Really enjoyed our visit last year, a proper friendly rugby club.

I fear so too. 

No Norfolk club in the National League is disappointing for a county which regularly produces players who go onto bigger things.

It remains to be seen as to whether Cambridge will make the grade in the Championship which only leaves Bedford as an East Anglian side with any real foothold in the upper echelons of English rugby.

It is arguable whether Bedford is actually in East Anglia and Northampton most certainly isn't which means that a huge chunk of Eastern England is some sort of rugby backwater.

London and its surrounding metropolitan area is bursting to the seams with ambitious clubs and might yet be blessed with a Wasps reincarnation. Hoo-bloody-rah.

Wasps are working closely with Sevenoaks District Council and the noises coming from the Council suggest they see this as a fantastic opportunity long term.
Obviously early days but I would envisage Sevenoaks jumping on their coattails if it were to happen.

Are they not looking to go to the Swanley Interchange? Will be a lot closer to Combe or even Blackheath

That has been muted as a possibility as it falls within the Sevenoaks district council and would make sense given its proximity to various transport links. 
Don't think it matters how close to Combe or Blackheath it is as Wasps are not renowned for their mini or Junior sections. That said they may wish to forge links with surrounding clubs/schools to try to attract local support. 
Any Sevenoaks posters on here got any thoughts/info to share ?

I know when they moved to Cov they set up their training facility at Broardstreet RFC, they invested in their facilities and provided players and coaches as part of the link, if I remember it was Ashley Johnson who was turning our for them at the time. One thing they will do is set up a strong community programme
