Not sure where to post this recent piece of news but on Nat2 East Prospects......
I am proud to report that Dorking U18's won the RFU U18 Colts National Cup at Sixways Worcester on
28th April 24-10 against a very strong Newport Salop side. The day after our final club game against
Wimbledon the club threw their support into the Colts team and travelled en-masse to Sixways for the final.
The day replicated Dorkings last win in this tournament when the team on that day consisted of George Kruis, Jason Roy, Jake Cooper-Woolley, and Ross Grimstone to name a few.
The lads did the club proud with a wonderful team performance with a display of defensive prowess against a much bigger and stronger Newport team. Turning defence into attack like the switch of a light with two late trys allowed Dorking to settle the game decisively. 
Being the best in the country from 128 clubs that started the tournament, Dorking succeeded in beating Bishops Stortford, Rosslyn Park, and Rams to mention just a few. A wonderful season for the 
lads and the club and the future looks very promising at DRFC. Thumbs Up

Great to hear Fez!
There is a lot said about many National League Clubs only being interested in a 1st XV.
I am equally as proud that my club (BSE) turn out 4 sides every week as the fact we are in N2.
As for Colts. last year our Colts lost in the semi finals to eventual winners TJs and this season lost away in the Quarters to Newport Salop...it wasnt all heartbreak as for the second year running we won the E Counties Cup.

BSE and Dorking are very similar clubs with a shared ethos and friendship and long may it continue. Interesting that your Colts met with Newport Salop this season, so you will be aware how big and strong they were for a colts side!! Also I failed to mention that our lads beat Tunbridge Juddians in their journey to the final and I may have been wrong about Bishops Stortford. Whatever our clubs future looks good. Have a good summer and see you in the new season.

Sorry Oxford harlequins they appear to have a strong relationship with the armed services rugby team 
They've made some good signings 
In Dave manning prop from Henley and the armed forces plus hayton also of Henley and the RAF if you look on their Instagram page you can see them all as there is quite a few

Yes: I'm hearing a few have left already including the forwards coach, bit like at Park and Worthing when he came in.

Trouble is when he goes the baby Quins who have take club players slots go and as Worthing found out a little last year the cupboards bear.
