predictions:
Hartpury 1 v London Scottish 4 - This is a game that Hartpury will target but I think Scottish will just have enough about them to win a close battle.
Bedford 0 v Newcastle 5 - I saw Bedford yesterday at Donny.. this could be a panning, especially as Falcons seem to be hitting their straps. Blues have to raise their game significantly to be a threat to Newcastle.
Coventry 4 v Doncaster 1 - I hope Donny can get a win here but Coventry are playing well so I think they'll get the victory at home.
Jersey 5 v Nottingham 1 - Jersey to continue their impressive home record, Nottingham a bit up and down so far.
Cornish Pirates 5 v Ampthill 0 - I think this could be a long afternoon for Ampthill, Pirates very strong this season.
Yorkshire Carnegie 0 v Ealing 5 - I'm afraid this could get messy for Carnegie. Ealing by 40 or 50.

Hartpury 4 v London Scottish 1 Pury backs too much pace for Scots.
Prediction : 24 - 17

Bedford 0 v Newcastle 5 Blues struggling with under strength squad. Leeds
will improve and will beef up with DRs. Could Blues be looking at the drop ?

Coventry 4 v Doncaster 1 Cov bouyed by Ealing draw and will
still fancy themselves

Jersey 5 v Nottingham 1 Reds should take this but Notts will scrap it out
Can see a backlash from Islanders

Cornish Pirates 4 v Ampthill 1 Pirates to take it but not walkover.
Amps will hold their own up front but - significantly - without settled backline

Yorkshire Carnegie 1 v Ealing 5 One way traffic but Ealing need to up it
Not the best game for Carnegie to reverse their fortunes but it may be coming

Hartpury 2 v London Scottish 2 - a tight game difficult to call
Bedford 0 v Newcastle 5 - I would be making the same call if Donny were to play the Falcons, as neither of our teams are in a great place with injuries.
Coventry 5 v Doncaster 1 - I suspect I am being optimistic putting us down for a point, Cov on fire.
Jersey 5 v Nottingham 1 - Jersey claim the home win.
Cornish Pirates 5 v Ampthill 0 - Pirates looking good
Yorkshire Carnegie 0 v Ealing 5 - Ealing should get a comfortable win, surely at some point soon when the world cup warriors return a raft of DR's will appear at Carnegie to prop the team

Hartpury 4 v London Scottish 1 - Home advantage for two average teams
Bedford 0 v Newcastle 5  - Away banker, by some distance . . could be big
Coventry 5 v Doncaster 0 - Cov going places
Jersey 5 v Nottingham 0  - Reds too strong at home
Cornish Pirates 4 v Ampthill 1 - A good scrap but CP too strong a squad
Yorkshire Carnegie 0 v Ealing 5  - Ealing to rest players but that might mean bringing better players in!!! Big score again.

Just a slight alteration. I believe the kick off time for BLUES v NEWCASTLE is 3.30 on Saturday, no doubt to facilitate the TV cameras.

Sky channel 408 has the Bedford v Falcons game, programme starts at 15:15, so your assumptions are spot on GJ

Hartpury 1 v London Scottish 4 - DRs to arrive soon for Hartpury...but not this week.
Bedford 1 v Newcastle 5 - I feel like the Bedford try machine is soon to be engaged.
Coventry 5 v Doncaster 0 - great display from Coventry last week. It seems that they are finding their feet after a spate of early injuries.
Jersey 5 v Nottingham 0 - Strangely enough, I saw a guy in full Reds kit walking down London Wall yesterday. I'm taking this as a sign.
Cornish Pirates 5 v Ampthill 0 - Arrrrgh you even going to doubt this one for a minute?
Yorkshire Carnegie 0 v Ealing 5  - If Ealing don't get the 5-0 out of this one, then someone's getting fired. Mostly likely David Johnston for turning into a defensive ghost again.

Hartpury 4 v London Scottish 1
Home advantage should do it, just.
Bedford 0 v Newcastle 5
Enabled by a horrendous injury list to a small squad, Newcastle to win big with ease. We are struggling to get a foothold this season.
Coventry 5 v Doncaster 0
Cov going well, Donny fielding the weakest team I have seen in a long while, injuries again.
Jersey 4 v Nottingham 1
Home is usually good for Jersey, but Nottingham can dig in at times.
Cornish Pirates 5 v Ampthill 0
Pirates just too much for emerging Amps.
Yorkshire Carnegie 0 v Ealing 5
Anything less will not look good for Ealing.

Hartpury 2-2 London Scottish Too close to call although 4-1 either way probably most likely
Bedford 0-4 Newcastle  the barcodes forwards should have enough to win by 10-12 points
Cov 4-1 Donny Should be a good match but at home I think Cov will win by 4-6 points
Jersey 5-1 Nottingham the visitors always play well at St Peter but Jersey have a few tries in them this season
Cornish Pirates 5-0 Ampthill CP by 10-12 points but visitors to compete all day
Yorkshire Carnegie 0-5 Ealing Banker which must give Yorkies a decent chance.

I think that the weather may well have an affect on the games this week, hopefully, they will all be played, but here are my 'guesses'.

Hartpury 1 v London Scottish 4 ... LS to grind out a win, but they won't run away with it.

Bedford 0 v Newcastle 5 ... Newcastle will be too strong up front for Bedford and the weather will not suit the Blues style of play.
Coventry 1 v Doncaster 4 ... Cov's new pitch could actually work well for the visitors this week, who tried to run the ball last week in poor conditions (or so my son tells me). Could be a good game to watch, but Donny by a couple.
Jersey 4 v Nottingham 1 ... Virtually the whole of The Reds first choice back line are injured (most for some time), so are having to cobble half of the team together. However, with all of the rain that we have had and the forecast on Saturday afternoon, it will be the forwards who win or lose this one and I think that Jersey will win it....just!!
Cornish Pirates 5 v Ampthill 0 ... The mud in Penzance. Only 1 winner here (although I think that the way CP are playing this season they would win on a beach at home).
Yorkshire Carnegie 0 v Ealing 5 ... This could be a big mis-match.

Pirates have a newly laid pitch by the way. Still go for 5 points on Sunday though, tough return to the Mennaye for Dave Ward. Will be great to see him back though #onceapirate
