Torn, do I watch Bedford final game, playing for pride. Or go to Cambridge for the big one. Not sure if I could take it, though a neutral, I have a soft spot for Blood and Sand. Saw a few games when Dad was in a post op coma at Addenbrookes and needed to pull myself together during long visits, with Mum. ------------- The older I get, the more the RFU leave me confused. |

I think it is purely a bonus point victory, as both teams will be equal on points and games won then it comes down to either losses or draws where Cambridge have one draw and 1 fewer loss, but the initial thing is they must get a bonus point win ------------- So many Christians not enough Lions |

If level on points the following apply: 1.number of matches won. 2. Difference between points for and against. 3. Total number of points for.. 4.Aggregate number of points for scored in matches between tied teams. 5. Number of matches won excluding the first match, then the second and so on until the tie is settled. Taken from Wikipedia. RFU Regulation 6 Final Club League Position 104. If two or more Clubs have the same number of League points at the end of the Season, final
league positions shall be determined firstly by the number of wins achieved, then the number of
draws and then based on match points scored. 105. A Club with a larger number of wins in the League shall be placed higher than a Club with the
same number of League points but fewer wins. 106. A Club with a larger number of draws shall be placed ahead of a Club with the same number
of League points and wins but with a fewer number of draws. 107. If Clubs have equal League points and an equal number of wins and draws in the League,
then a Club with a larger difference between match points ‘for’ and match points ‘against’ shall be
placed higher in the League than a Club with a smaller difference between match points ‘for’ and
match points ‘against’. 108. Should two Clubs have the same number of League points and an equal number of wins and
draws, and the same match points difference, a Club having scored more match points ‘for’ shall be
placed higher in the League than a Club having the lesser number of match points ‘for’. 109. If this still does not establish the positions then the Clubs involved shall be ranked according
to the number of matches won, excluding the first League match of the season. If necessary, this
process shall be extended to exclude the second match, third match and so on until the final positions
are established. So 5 points puts Cambridge 1st by virtue of their drawn game? Can't see them failing to get 5 points, getting that at Plymouth is some achievement!
