Read the article properly - it says planned business restructure. Not every company liquidation in England is financial failure. It's just the way company law works. Mind you, it's still daft to close it without announcing the replacement.

It is a solvent liquidation.
In the statement of solvency, it is estimated that the company has assets of 200,000 and no debts.
But the last accounts cover the period to the end of June 2022 at which point it had assets of over £3m - mainly as debtors.

Something is going on, but I am not sure what.
It is not all doom and gloom, but it is not a rose garden either.
