That would tend to say that they haven’t brought in success this season but developed the squad they had?. I haven’t looked at the Wimbledon squad, I wonder how Many new players they brought in this season.
We played Wimbledon pre-season and it was hard to detect a UK accent. Didn't recognise many of their players from within the team that played us in the league last year.

Out of 26 players that played that day 3 were non “UK” £
I'm flabbergasted to hear that

I know nothing about the Wimbledon players but there are many ways to be regarded as "UK" players in rugby as is true in many sports.

Bracknell v Banbury 5-0
Havant v Brighton 5-0
Oxford Quins v London Welsh 4-0
RWB v Maidenhead  0-5 (apparently postponed)
S&E v Camberley 0-5
Wimbledon v Bournemouth 5-0

A lot of one-sided predictions this week, but also a lot of top half versus bottom half.

We tried our best to help you, Tony! Welsh defended magnificently, I reckon Dons must have had 80% possession and 70% territory, but the half-time score was 0-5 and they got the bonus point from the last play of the game. They had a second row in a blue scrum cap who won every lineout and really steered the maul well, and I thought their 7 was absolutely outstanding until I realised that what appeared to be his twin brother was wearing 8. Maybe they were both excellent, but it did explain why he seemed to be everywhere!
