Following an early morning pitch inspection the game is on according to the Roth X feed.

On that basis updates will follow from 2pm.

From the first whistle to the last cheer, Roth is more than a club. It’s a legacy lived by all who stand at Clifton Lane.

Total domination from Roth today. We could have scored more. I have to say I did expect a bit more from Clifton, it was a tough game for us when we travelled to their place earlier this year.

Were they missing players due to injury and Bristol Players due to the Prem cup game + 6 Nations?

I am not sure they have any Bristol players. When we played there at the beginning of the season they said they had no relationship with Bristol of course that may have changed but would there be enough DRs  to support 2 teams

Just watched the Rotherham third half and they made the same point that they don't use Bristol players Rabbie! It sounds like a few injuries to key players which really makes a huge difference as we all know.

To clarify, I wasn't knocking Clifton, just wondered as they have had some great performances this season and really made us work hard at the start of the season!

Clifton will bounce back and there is still a lot of Rugby to play.

Well done to all and onto next week.

Hi Chris

I gave a review of the Clifton team on the Titans Forum as Setter was asking the same question. It’s on the Team News Thread.

They do. I know some of them played for Bristol in the Cup at the weekend and doubtless will Play at Bath next weekend so can’t see them having any/many?
The issue I have is the volume of them. Seven of them featured down there against us, a few played at Mose but not many in other games. Thing is some of them are pretty established at Bristol & I think if they feature regularly for Bristol seniors then they shouldn’t play in National 1.
Roth are improving every game and will only get better so as you say bring it on.

I agree, Albion got thumped away from home by Dings last season, 6 ringers and Pat Lam was present, morally reprehensible to load specific games at the expense of genuine signings. Albion have duel regs but they are part of the squad, not realise strangers to the team. It will be interesting which TJs side goes down to Brickfields this weekend given their mid table position and connections with Quins.
