Nottingham 0 - 5 Doncaster
Cornish Pirates 5 - 0 Ampthill
Ealing 5 - 0 Richmond

For the ordinary purposes of conversation, a superficial knowledge of many things goes further than an intimacy with one or two.

Nottingham 1-5 Doncaster
Pirates 5-0 Ampthill
Ealing 2-5 Richmond - Fancy an underdog win just for the sake of it.

Nottingham 1-4 Doncaster. Doncaster have a habit of only just beating whoever they play. And the weather on Friday might not be conducive for a try fest.
Cornish Pirates 5-0 Ampthill. Ampthill won this fixture last year. Can they do it again? I don’t think so. Me of little faith.
Ealing 5-0 Richmond. Richmond have nothing to play for except pride. Ealing have everything to play for.

The final round and sharing second spot. Methinks third place could be beckoning. Having said that, is the prediction table continuing with the headline grabbing and eagerly awaited cup games?
Always trying to stay bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

Nottingham 0 - 5 Doncaster . . but a derby game, Nottingham nothing to lose and will give it everything . . but Donny cannot leave anything in the tank . . . first 20 will be epic.
Pirates 5 - 0 Ampthill . . surely Pirates to sign off with a solid win . . new contracts all round :-)
Ealing 5 - 0 Richmond . .  Surely a big win, but I would not be surprised if Richmond scored 4 tries.

Hopefully all great games with far closer scorelines than I have predicted and no injuries. The poor weather might be a factor in the first two games.
Run with it

bad luck (or bad planning?) that the one who's on holiday is staying somewhere without wifi and therefore isn't able to stream the match direct to their sun lounger... Wink

It's me. I'm on holiday. I blame the RFU for moving the match. So I am chuffed that it will streamed.

No, that’s ok. I’m sure many of our 1800+ friends who were there last week will find their way back.

I gave them the okay to proceed. ;) Seriously though, a really good crowd last weekend, and I was surprised that it was only 1800 officially. Based on my eyeballing of the various stands and knowing their capacity, I would have guessed about 2250 or so. I think it was probably about 75/25 split in terms of Ealing/Pirates fans, so a decent local turn out on a gloriously sunny day.

Not an official count, just my own eye-ball. Somewhere in the middle, methinks.
