The score-line would suggest an easy win for Sedge, but far from it. Sedges performance was stodgy and laboured where as Otley ball in hand were excellent. 

The back three for Otley have some serious pace. Man of the match for me was Otleys  inside centre.

From the terrace of my apartment in sunny Puerto Banus I woukd like to announce that Hull Ionians have opened their account, with a bonus point win at Blaydon, 21-34.
Never an easy place to play but 6 try's was good enough.

It was a pleasure to be at the Wharfedale v Preston Grasshoppers game yesterday with special mention to the dazzling performance of the home side’s backs. Their handling was slick and they took the opportunity to run from anywhere. I intend to attend as many of their games as possible so I am hoping it is not an early season blip.
Always trying to stay bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
