Over the moon that Middlesbrough have been promoted to R1NE for the upcoming season after securing the championship in Regional 2 North yesterday with an emphatic win at West Hartlepool. Boro have been neck and neck with Northern all season and won the league title thanks to a superior points difference.

Looking forward to lots of new grounds to visit, as well as new clubs to welcome to Acklam Park.

Think I'll be seeing more of Boro next season and less of the Falcons.

Well done to all the lads and coaching staff. UTB

A wonderful season and win, but the loss of Don Brydon, one of the great men of Middlesbrough has tempered everything.
Was it 47 yrs he was club secretary?
A true gentleman and an even better bloke

I didn't know him personally, but yes he's been involved at the club for so long.

RIP Don
